Tumour with direct involvement of the pericardium (partial or full thickness), the lung or the phrenic nerve. |

Tumour directly invades any of the following: the brachiocephalic vein, the superior vena cava, the chest wall or extrapericardial pulmonary arteries or veins. |

cT4 |
Tumour with direct invasion into any of the aorta (ascending, arch or descending), arch vessels, intrapericardial pulmonary artery or veins, the myocardium, the trachea or the oesophagus. |
