User drop-in sessions
User drop-in sessions are currently taking place to show site managers how to use Manage Your Appointments - the appointment management system that interacts with the National Booking Service, enabling members of the public to book vaccinations at your site.
In these sessions users can ask questions about Manage Your Appointments and receive support from the Onboarding Team.
