Who needs to consider this
Each standard clearly sets out which organisations are expected to consider it but they are not the same every time, as each standard is different.
Organisations that may need to consider the standard or collection include, but are not limited to:
- the Secretary of State
- the Department of Health and Social Care
- NHS England
- public bodies providing health or adult social care in England
- providers registered with the Care Quality Commission
- NHS commissioned services
