How to make a request for a data collection or information standard
To request a new data collection or information standard, or to change an existing one, it is essential that you:
1. Provide a New Work Request identifier. If you do not have a New Work Request identifier, contact [email protected] who will work with you to start a New Work Order approval process.
2. Complete the submission workbook.
3. Provide supporting information and evidence check understanding the assurance criteria for further guidance on the type of evidence you need to provide.
4. Email your completed form to [email protected].
Your submission will then be reviewed by the Data Governance, Assurance and Testing team (DGAT).
