Phase 3: Go-live
During this phase ODS will publish the new organisation information.
Timescales: All tasks should to be completed at least 4 weeks before the new legal date.
This is the phase when we will update our systems with the new organisational information. We will also legally end any old organisational information on our systems.
This will be actioned the day before the new legal effective date (or the last working day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday). This will ensure the new information is published on the new legal effective date.
Expectations
During this phase we expect the changing organisation to:
- have completed all requested tasks, 4 weeks before the new legal date
- ensure any of your systems are ready for the new organisational structures and the legal ending of your old organisational structure
ODS systems and products will publish the new organisation information.
