In the year ending 31 March 2019:
- 36% of child death reviews completed (excluding those with insufficient information and for figures hereafter) related to deaths occurring between 01 April 2018 and 31 March 2019.
- 30% of the death reviews were completed within 6 months of the child’s death while 69% were completed within 12 months of the child’s death.
