2: Oliver McGowan Training Tiers
2.1 Headcount as of 1 April 2024 (your organisation)
Headcount of the organisation as of 1 April 2024 (once this is added it should remain the same for organisations delivering Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training. Please note this is the headcount for 2024, not this year and should not be changed at any time.
2.2 Number of staff identified as requiring Tier 1 Training on 1 April 2024
Number of staff in your organisation that required Tier 1 training on 1 April 2024.
This may include staff who have already received Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training including refresher training. Once this is added it should not change.
2.3 Number of staff identified as requiring Tier 2 Training on 1 April 2024
Number of staff in your organisation that required Tier 2 training on 1 April 2024.
This may include staff who have already received Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.
C. CHECKS: sum of staff needing T1 and T2 equals headcount on 1 April 2024
The sum of the number of staff requiring T1 and T2 training must be equal to the headcount. Please ensure they add up correctly.
2.4 Number of staff currently employed who require T1 Training
Number of staff currently in your organisation that require T1 training.
2.5 Number of staff currently employed who have completed T1 Training
Number of staff currently in your organisation that have already received Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training T1.
2.6 Number of staff currently employed who require T2 Training
Number of staff currently in your organisation that require T2 training.
2.7 Number of staff currently employed who have completed T2 Training
Number of staff in your organisation that have already received Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training T2.
