9: Progress against national KPIs
This section applies only if your organisation has received central funding for the rollout of Oliver McGowan Training.
For each of the KPIs please select either:
- Green = plan on track
- Amber = some issues, being managed, needs to be closely monitored
- Red = serious issues, dates being missed, recovery plan required
9.1 This organisation makes best endeavours to deliver The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 training to a minimum 30% or 33.33% of the eligible NHS workforce requiring Tier 1 training in financial year 2025/26 by 31/03/2026
9.2 This organisation makes best endeavours to deliver The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 2 training to a minimum or 33.33% of the eligible NHS workforce requiring Tier 2 training in financial year 2025/26 by 31/03/2026
9.3 This organisation has a strategic aim, process and infrastructure to ensure there is sustainable capacity to deliver The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training to a minimum of a third of the eligible NHS workforce each year over a 3-year recurring period.
9.4 RAG for overall ICB system progress against 25/26 KPIs.
