Service management overview and national service desk
As part of NHS England’s service management processes, suppliers are provided with access to the NHS England National Service Desk (NSD).
The NSD enables you to log and track issues relating to NHS England services and receive support through to resolution.

Your organisation must be registered to use the NSD. If your organisation is not yet registered, ensure you complete the registration process before attempting to access support.
