NHS Apply for Care ID release 4.2.4

Apply for Care ID released version 4.2.4 on 22 October.

This release includes fixes and security updates to improve the overall stability and reliability of the service.

There is no change to the user interface following this release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, Apply for Care ID users may see a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

If you have a Registration Authority Manager or Agent role and you would like to request a new domain to be added, check the CIS allow-list first, and then complete a webform request.
