Primary Care Workforce Recruited through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS), 1 October 2024 – 31 July 2025 [Management Information]

In this months release we have included additional Headcount (HC) figures in Table 2b which can be used to understand the HC of GPs in employment in each month. This is distinct from Table 1 HC figures which tracks the total number of GPs employed since 1^st October 2024. We have previously advised that there is no inferable relationship between HC and Full Time Equivalent (FTE) figures in this publication, but users may now use Table 2a and 2b to examine this. We have also relabelled these tables for clarity.
