Recent ICB structural changes have affected some of the CSV files we produce in the quarterly release of the GP Turnover data. Whilst we are still able to release ICB level data of Joiners and Leavers - owing to the way these staff either appear or disappear from the data - we are unable to track staff who have moved between different ICBs. 

This is due to the data we have for files 2a and 2b including individuals who have moved between ICBs, but cannot account for how many people moved due to ICB changes. Certain ICBs therefore will have a misleading amount of joiners/leavers and will appear to have a higher or lower turnover than is actually the case. Consequently we will not be producing CSV files 2a and 2b which included movers between ICBs until a full 12 months of data are available which will allow for full comparisons.
