We provided an aggregate count of total patient spells during which these criteria where met, as well a count of spells by individual diagnosis ICD-10 code, broken down by diagnosis type and patient code.

We were asked to provide information relating to the number of in-patient spells during which a number of specified diagnoses relating to mood disorders and psychosis where made. The information should be broken down by the diagnosis type (primary diagnosis or secondary diagnosis) and patient code upon admissions.
