Manage Your Referral (MYR) service accessibility compliant

The NHS e-Referrals Service (e-RS) team are celebrating the news that the Manage Your Referral (MYR) service for patients has recently passed in all aspects of an accessibility audit. 

The MYR service is fully compliant with the new Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 following an audit completed in February 2025. 

The MYR service is run by NHS England and provides an easy way for patients to choose their hospital or clinic with a specialist. 

The e-RS team are committed to making the service as accessible for all patients including those with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor impairments. 

The MYR service is under regular review, and should the content change at any time, the e-RS team will ensure that a further accessibility audit is carried out, and that the service remains as accessible as possible.
