NHS Care Identity Service - Release 11.11

We are releasing an update to CIS Auth services on Tuesday 16 December 2025, between 2pm and 4pm.

There will be no downtime and smartcard authentication is not affected.

This release includes:

• updates to backend account configuration
• reduction of CIS1 auth audit capacity
