Release summary

Care Identity Management release 9.6 goes live on 29 October 2026, subject to final approval.

This release:

  • improves service reliability and usability
  • strengthens cloud storage management
  • enhances operational monitoring to support effective incident response

There will be no change to the user interface.

Downtime

Care Identity Management and related self-service applications will be unavailable from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday 29 October while we implement this release. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
