Care Identity Management release 8.32

Care Identity Management release 8.32 goes live on 23 July 2026, subject to final approval.

This release includes a range of improvements to both Find your Registration Authority and Care Identity Management.

Find your Registration Authority now includes the ability to store and display Registration Authority website details, enabling users to more easily access local Registration Authority information and support.

Care Identity Management is updated with improvements relating to request processing, synchronisation, transaction management and queue handling, improving service stability, reducing operational overhead and delivering a more dependable experience for users and administrators.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
