Care Identity Management release 8.21

Care Identity Management release 8.21 goes live on 7 May 2026, subject to final approval. 

This release includes:

• a fix for an issue causing some closed user profiles to become stuck in a syncing state
• a backend improvement to streamline application log codes

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
