Care Identity Management release 8.20

Care Identity Management release 8.20 goes live on 29 April 2026, subject to final approval. 

This release includes:

• text changes relating to smartcard printing, to prepare for the introduction of series 10 smartcards
• backend changes relating to Robot Process Automation on the DEP deployment environment

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
