Release summary

Care Identity Management release 8.19 goes live on 27 April 2026, subject to final approval. 

This release includes the following changes to reports:

  • the registered users report has been refreshed to ensure organisation names are displayed correctly
  • missing National Insurance numbers will now display correctly in the active users report
  • the smartcard report has been updated to fix an issue with the extraction of large numbers of records

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
