Care Identity Management release 8.11

Care Identity Management release 8.11 goes live on 25 February 2026, subject to final approval. 

This release includes:

• a change that means closing and reopening the browser will require a user to log in to Care Identity Management again
• a link to the privacy notice added to all Care Identity Management applications
• backend changes related to security alerts

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
