Care Identity Management release 8.10

Care Identity Management release 8.10 goes live on 19 February 2026, subject to final approval. 

This release includes:

• a fix for an issue where some modify user requests were not progressing from a syncing state
• backend changes to prepare for future functionality

There will be no change to the user interface and we expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
