Collaboration sessions, knowledge sharing and the RA community

Feature Focus is a regular online session to update Registration Authorities on the latest Care Identity Service developments. The sessions are usually run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and take place over Microsoft Teams.

These take place around 4 times per year. Invites go to all Registration Authority managers with a valid email address in the Care Identity Service. When the next roadshow is coming up we also announce it on our news page.

The newsletter is sent out periodically to all Registration Authority managers. Please email [email protected] if you want to check you're on the mailing list.
