View workgroup history

How to use Care Identity Management to view the changes made to a workgroup since its creation.

Which roles can do this?

  • Registration Authority Manager
  • Registration Authority Agent (Advanced)

From the Care Identity Management home page, choose 'Manage access'.

On the 'Manage access' screen, in the 'Workgroups' tab, select the name of the workgroup.

You can now view the changes made to the workgroup since its creation by opening the 'Workgroup history' tab.
