Lead Service Designer

 

Kate is a lead service designer in the User-Centred Design (UCD) team in the Data and Analytics directorate at NHS England.

Recently, she's been leading UCD teams improving how data reaches national datasets and data collections, and how to provide data outputs that can be used by professionals to improve people's health and lives. She also defined the service catalogue for the Data Services directorate at NHS Digital and played a key role in designing the directorate's operating model.
