Chiara is a design and research lead who has worked to ensure products and services are developed with people at their centre since 2009. From 2018 to 2023, she worked within the context of the UK Government Digital Services at Public Health England, NHS Digital and NHS England, supporting teams delivering user-centred design work in the context of agile methods.
