Registration Service: pilot registration service page enables organisations and users to access the service, which simplifies organisational and user verification processes and supports robust policy compliance.
Concierge Service: rolled out the new Concierge Service, providing researchers with a single point of contact for enquiries about multiple SDE research projects and complex data queries.

Enhanced portal experience: redesigned portal interface, prioritises user-friendly visuals and straightforward navigation.
Comprehensive researcher support: released guidance covering areas such as submitting code, applying for data, and understanding commercial pricing, helping researchers to make informed decisions.
