Tumour Genomic Testing Data Dashboard (previously called the Somatic Molecular Dashboard)

This is a dashboard that aims to provide high level counts of the data NDRS holds on tumours tested for somatic aberrations (i.e. genetic alterations giving rise to and occurring in cancers). The dashboard contains aggregate data on somatic genomic testing of cancers by diagnosis year, gene, chromosome, test method, tumour site and test results.
