The NHS Safety Thermometer is a local improvement tool for measuring, monitoring and analysing patient harms and 'harm free' care.
To use the Tool:you must have MS Excel 2007 or later and you must save the tool onto your computer.
To use the Data Quality Report:you must have MS Excel 2003 or later and you must save to your computer.
TheSurvey Level Exportcontains a copy of all of the data in the national tool. This file requires MS Excel 2007 or later.
