This interactive resource reports annual childhood vaccination data for England in 2016-17 and relates to routine vaccinations offered to all children up to the age of five years.
The data show the number of children vaccinated as a proportion of the eligible population (coverage) and are derived from information collected by NHS England through the UNIFY2 Childhood immunisation management information programme.
Coverage is available at the following geographic levels:
- GP practice
- Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)
- Sustainability Transformation Programme (STP)

The data are for management information, they may be incomplete in places, are not quality assured to the same extent as other official statistics and may not be fully representative.
