Summary

Adult Social Care Activity and Finance Report, England, 2024-25

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has taken responsibility for the publication of the Activity and Finance report. This follows the transition of Short and Long Term (SALT) to Client Level Data (CLD), and the transition of Adult Social Care Activity and Finance Report (ASC-FR) into DHSC.

The DHSC report is similar to the previous reports, however activity and finance have been broken out into two separate reports: (Links can be found in Resources, below)

Adult social care finance report, England: 2024 to 2025 - GOV.UK

Adult social care activity report, England: 2024 to 2025 - GOV.UK

Formatting and outputs have changed across both reports to match the Government digital service style guide: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/style-guide/a-to-z (Links can be found in Resources, below)

The contents of the activity report have changed to reflect the transition to statistics built from CLD. These are outlined in the methodology report, which you can find on Arden and Gem CSU’s webpage:

Please send any queries regarding activity statistics to [email protected] and finance data to [email protected].
