Cyber Operations is a part of NHS England that provides a number of security-related services to NHS organisations.

To improve its services, Cyber Operations collects views and feedback from NHS organisations such as trusts, integrated care boards (ICBs) and commissioning support units. Cyber Operations collates the data before presenting it to the senior leadership team within Cyber Operations, who may respond to your enquiry to gather more information about your feedback or suggestion.

What data we ask for and why

We ask you to volunteer some personal data - specifically, your name, job title, email, and phone details. This is entirely optional and used for the sole purpose of being able to contact you if the Data Security Centre (DSC) wish to discuss your suggestion further. If you do give this personal data, it will not make you identifiable in analysis or reporting.

What happens to your data

By entering your personal data as part of completing this questionnaire you agree that we will process your data in line with the research purposes agreed above, and NHS England's privacy policy. We respect your trust and protect your privacy and therefore will never sell or share this data with third parties.

Your name, job title, email and phone detail data will be treated confidentially and only used by NHS England for the research purposes specified. This will be stored for a period of 12 months.
