Introduction

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has identified a vulnerability in their Edgeline Infrastructure Manager (EIM) software. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass authentication leading to arbitrary code execution, gaining privileged access, causing denial-of-service conditions, or changing system configurations.

Remediation advice

Affected organisations are encouraged to review the HPE security bulletin HPESBGN04124 and apply the relevant update.
