A set of codes to indicate to a system or user which address in a set of like addresses to select for a given purpose. This
code set extends a subset of the codes defined by the HL7 v3 PostalAddressUse Enumeration (urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.5.1012)
to meet the specific requirements of the NHS in England.
