LRA Discharge Summary Technical Models

LRA technical models include Constrained Domain Models (specific to the use case requirements, in this case, Discharge Summary), Domain Models (patterns shared across use cases) and SNOMED CT (clinical terminology) expression constraints, which restrict the coded clinical data allowed in the record instance data associated with these models.
