The demographics package defines a single abstract class, IDENTIFIED_ENTITY derived from the optional EN 13606-1:2007 demographics package. The main purpose of the class is to provide an attribute by which specialised instances of the class representing the details of roles played by person, organisation and device entities can be uniquely identified within the EHR and referenced within the extract.
