Represents the role of non-identifiable healthcare professional in an organisation. A non-identifiable person in organisation role is a PERSON_ROLE whose (object) instances are either NOT identifiable under a nationally/locally recognised issuing authority (e.g. ODS) or are not required to be identified as per the requirements specification.
