An ELEMENT to represent a device entity that is used during the provision of a treatment procedure for the subject of care.
A treatment device entity acts as a passive recipient of actions performed by other physical entities which act as active
subjects (e.g. the setting of treatment parameters on a device by a clinician).
Examples of treatment devices include durable equipment, implantable devices and disposable supplies.
