COMPOSITION: IdentifiablePersonResponsibleRole

Represents the role of an Identifiable Person In Organisation played by a PERSON_ENTITY who is responsible for a particular activity. An identifiable person in organisation role is a PERSON_ROLE whose (object) instances are identifiable by a nationally recognised issuing authority (e.g. ODS). This class represents a person who is a healthcare professional.

In the LRA IDENTIFIED_ENTITY is specialized in the participants package by a ROLE. The unique identifier used within the Extract package will refer to a ROLE class.
id II 1..* Used to carry an identifier that uniquely identifies the Person in Organisation Role. The id.root shall carry the OID value identifying the allocating system and id.extension shall carry a value relevant to the OID value carried in id.root. When it is not required to identify the person in organisation using a nationally recognised identification scheme a null flavour of "NA" shall be carried in id.nullFlavor.
telecom TEL 0..* An attribute to represent the telecommunication details of a PERSON_ENTITY whilst playing the role of Identifiable Person In Organisation Role.
type CD.CV 1..1 Identifies the type of role being played by this PERSON_ROLE.

address AD 0..* An attribute to represent the postal address of a PERSON_ENTITY whilst playing the role of Identifiable Person In Organisation Role.
mainSpecialtyCode CD.CV 0..1 A coded representation of the main specialty (if any) represented by this PERSON_ROLE. Specialties are divisions of clinical work which may be defined by body systems (dermatology), age (paediatrics), clinical technology (nuclear medicine), clinical function (rheumatology), group of diseases (oncology) or combinations of these factors.
