Comprises a single coded Standing Body Height Observation and optionally may contain:
- a textual description of the event
- a coded representation of the standing body height measurement procedure
- any coded representations of findings or observations that are relevant to this standing body height observation.
The default measurement method for standing body height shall be with the subject's shoes removed and is measured in metres
to 2 decimal places
