Note:

• Blood Spot Screening template COCD_TP146005GB03 has been redesigned and upversioned to support capability for future easier extension as more tests become available. This allows for terminologies in addition to SNOMED CT to be used.
• The NewBornHearingScreening template COCD_TP146003GB02 has been redesigned and upversioned to support audiology screening test date/time, and the Audiology Test Finding class has been removed.
• The payload is an "on the wire" instance.
• The wrapped example is an "on the wire" payload with the appropriate wrapper for the type of implementation.
